When you contact Navismare or request a quotation, we may receive your name, company or agency, vessel name, email address, phone number, your message and any RFQ or requirement file you choose to upload.
We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and security-related information.
For communication, quotations and vessel support.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, review quotation and RFQ requests, coordinate vessel supply and maritime support, maintain website security, improve our services and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
We do not use customer-submitted information for purposes unrelated to the request without an appropriate basis to do so.
Uploaded documents are handled as request data.
RFQ files are restricted to the file types and size accepted by the website form. Uploaded files are validated server-side and are not stored as executable website content. They are used to process the request and may be attached to the quotation email received by Navismare.
